Here is what you can expect during your initial visit to Peak Family Dentistry:
- A warm welcome into our office by our kind front desk associates
- Tour of our office
- Get to know you by asking some questions about your medical and oral health history
- We will perform a comprehensive oral exam including non-invasive Oral Cancer Screening and a full exam of your teeth and gums
- Any necessary low-radiation digital X-Rays
- A full dental cleaning (assuming no major periodontal or dental issues are present)
After your exam and cleaning your doctor will discuss any findings and review any recommended treatment to give you a functional, healthy beautiful smile. We will present you with a treatment plan and an estimate for any recommended treatment. We love to educate our patients and answer questions, so don't be shy! We encourage you to ask questions and express your concerns or desires. We want your visit with us to exceed your expectations, so please ask any questions and offer any suggestions you have!
Don't forget to bring:
- Your driver's license, or form of ID
- Your insurance card (if applicable) or you can email it to us ahead of time to: hello@peakdmd.com
- A list of any medications you may be taking and their dosages, including all vitamins and over-the-counter supplements
