Michelle
Office Manager
Michelle has been working as the office manager at Peak Family Dentistry since Sept 2020. She is from Birmingham, AL, and has a background in Accounting and Business. Michelle developed her interest in dentistry when she helped her husband with his studies when he was in dental school. She began her career in the dental field with Peak Family Dentistry and cherishes the opportunity to work with her husband together. She enjoys helping anxious people feel comfortable while at the dental office for treatments. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, working on home DIY projects, reading, or dreaming up their next fixer-upper.
Catherine
Front Office Lead, Registered Dental Assistant
Catherine started with Peak Family Dentistry as an RDA in the year 2021. She was born in Athens, GA, and has over 20 years of experience as an RDA. She also has work experience in the front office and scheduling patients. Her passion for dentistry was developed during her visits to her dentist while she was in high school. She was fascinated by the way her dentist explained to her what he was doing. As an RDA, she loves being able to take care of her patients and help improve their smiles. While not at work, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and playing golf with her husband. She is also an animal lover.
Alexis
Front Desk Receptionist
Alexis has been with Peak Family Dentistry since August 2022 as a Front Desk Receptionist. She hails from Atlanta, GA, and is new to the dental field. She always wanted an intimate, genuine work setting and loves being part of her current dental team. About her job, she loves making people feel good about themselves and making them smile. She wants each patient to feel that she genuinely cares for them. While not at the office, she enjoys exploring locally with her fiance and trying new restaurants. She also plans to invest more time in birding sometime soon.
Ann
Patient Coordinator
Ann has been with Peak Family Dentistry as a patient coordinator since 2020. She is from Tampa, FL, and has worked as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. She holds a BS Degree in Merchandising. She chose her career as a way to help patients and loved being in the dental field. Her career is all about “variety,” as she enjoys working in a different sectors. Her previous jobs include working in a nursing home, construction, legal sector, etc. While not working, she enjoys doing landscaping, interior designing, exercising, walking, ballet, etc. (And she still has her first pair of toe shoes.)
Rachel
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rachel has been with Peak Family Dentistry as an RDH since April 2022. Hailing from Ringgold, GA, she has worked as a dental assistant for two years and as a dental hygienist for a year. As a child, she was always fascinated by her dental visits and considered dental tools were cool. This made her pursue her career in the dental field. As an RDH, she enjoys meeting and connecting with new people and helping them achieve their smile goals. Outside her work, she enjoys spending time with her soon-to-be husband, twin girls, and her French bulldog. She has also received a purple belt in karate.
Katie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Katie has been with Peak Family Dentistry as an RDA since June 2022. Born in Dalton, GA, she has two years of job experience in a non-profit clinic. She developed her passion for dentistry during her childhood as she had always appreciated the education her dental office used to give her when she was a child. While working as an RDA, she enjoys seeing her patients become confident with their improved smiles. While not working, she enjoys kayaking, zip lining, and hiking.
Heather
Registered Dental Hygienist
Heather has been with Peak Family Dentistry as a dental hygienist since May 2022. With over 18 years of experience as a dental hygienist, she enjoys interacting with people and helping them overcome their dental fears and apprehensions. She developed her interest in becoming a dental hygienist from her childhood hygienist, who made her job look fun and easy. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her husband and Yorkie, and reading the bible.
Brooklyn
Registered Dental Hygienist
Brooklyn has been working as an RDH at Peak Family Dentistry since 2021. Originally from Leoma, TN, Sullivan worked as a dental assistant for a year before she went back to hygiene school and graduated. Growing up as a child with a lot of dental problems, Sullivan had several dental visits, and she found her dental team to be friendly and welcoming. This compassionate approach by her dental team made her pursue a career in dentistry. At her job, she loves imparting knowledge about good oral care habits to her patients. While not working, she enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, and making memories with her daughter.
Samantha
Insurance Coordinator, Registered Dental Assistant
Samantha, the insurance coordinator at Peak Family Dentistry since August 2021, is originally from Michigan and has been living in North GA for 11 years. She holds an Associate degree in Applied Science for Dental Assisting. She considers her career as a way to connect with the community and enjoys helping people reach their smile goals. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
